SLK Software founded in Bangalore

Parth Amin and Roshen Amin establish SLK Software, a technology services firm that grows into a global business across AI, intelligent automation and analytics. The firm operates in over 10 countries with a team of over 5,000 and clients across banking, insurance, and manufacturing.

SLK Global BPO is formed

SLK Global BPO was established in 2001 as a business process operations and management company. Over the years, the company built a team of over 8000 people with a strong presence in the financial services sector and entered into a strategic joint venture with Fifth Third Bank, one of the leading banking institutions in the United States.

Amin Properties is established

SLK Group enters commercial real estate with the development of SLK Green Park, a 700,000+ sq. ft. Grade A commercial tech park in the BLR Airport corridor.

VFI SLK joint venture

SLK partners with NYSE-listed Voya Financial to establish VFI SLK, a financial services capability centre.

V-Labs acquired

SLK Group acquires V-Labs, an AI research lab focused on frontier AI technology, bringing together specialist talent from institutions including MIT, IIT, IISc and IIM.

Avo Automation launched

SLK spins off the Avo Automation division, creating a platform that transforms Quality Assurance Automation.

Coforge acquires SLK Global Solutions

The family sells a controlling stake in SLK Global Solutions, its banking and mortgage Business Process Outsourcing business, to NSE-listed Coforge.

Parth founded SLK in 2000, naming it for his grandfather, S. L. Kirloskar, one of modern India’s pioneering industrialists. Over 25 years, he built SLK into a global technology group and led three institutional exits to Coforge, Voya Financial and TPG-backed Altimetrik. Today, he oversees group governance and the boards of its operating businesses.

A co-founder of SLK, Roshen has shaped the Group’s culture since its inception. She leads employee experience, diversity and inclusion across the operating businesses and has played a longstanding role in customer relationships, including at VFI SLK through its journey to Voya.

Vidur leads strategy, operations & capital allocation across SLK Group. Previously Executive Director at SLK Software and founding CEO of Avo Automation, he took Avo from spin-off to a globally certified enterprise SaaS business. Today, he drives the Group’s expansion across Tech, Hospitality, Real estate and International markets.

With SLK since its early years, Girish has held key leadership roles throughout the Group’s evolution and today serves as President. He drives group strategy, incubates new businesses and shapes the roadmap and synergies across SLK’s operating companies.

Shantanu works across SLK Group’s investments and permanent capital, spanning public markets, private opportunities and new businesses being incubated by the Group. Based in Dubai, he represents the family office within the business.

Gopal leads finance across the SLK Group, covering capital structure, treasury, tax and reporting for the four operating platforms. He has carried the group’s finance function through its institutional transactions and sets the discipline by which capital is deployed and returns are measured.

Matthias Rapp is a technology executive focused on enterprise software, AI, and software quality. As CEO of Avo Automation, he leads the development of next-generation enterprise quality and business process assurance. Passionate about challenging conventional thinking, he turns complex problems into practical, scalable solutions, exploring how AI and agentic systems are reshaping enterprise software development and assurance. He is based in Vienna, Austria.

As CEO of SLK Hotels & Resorts and Amin Properties, Manish is responsible for setting up and scaling the hospitality business, while also leading the real estate vertical of the SLK Group. Manish’s association with SLK began in 2012, when he joined as Group CFO, leading the company’s financial transformation, building institutional processes, financial discipline and building the state-of-the-art SLK campus, one of the Group’s defining achievements.

As CEO of Maldivian Mermaid, Jose leads the company’s overall strategy, farm operations and commercial development, with a focus on scaling production, improving productivity, developing new opportunities and building a sustainable agricultural business in the Maldives. As a seasoned business leader, Jose brings extensive experience in operations, international marketing, team leadership and business development, including over a decade of experience across European and UK markets.
